Do I have to give up caffeine?

Current literature supports the safe use of up to 200 mg of caffeine per day throughout all reproductive treatments and pregnancy. Examples:
One 12-ounce cup of brewed coffee: A typical 12-ounce (355 ml) cup of brewed coffee contains about 120-200 mg of caffeine, depending on the strength of the brew.
Two 8-ounce cups of black tea: An 8-ounce (240 ml) cup of black tea generally has about 40-60 mg of caffeine, so two cups would provide approximately 80-120 mg.
One 16-ounce energy drink: Many 16-ounce (480 ml) energy drinks contain around 160-200 mg of caffeine.
