At Marin Fertility Center, we stress the importance of making different treatment options available to our patients. With this, we are proud to offer three different pathways to using donor eggs.

Selection of a donor can be from our pool of internal donor candidates or via working with an outside independent donor agency. All medical and laboratory services are performed on-site at Marin Fertility Center.

1) Full Donor Egg Cycle:

• Cycle coordination, monitoring, medication teaching , ultrasounds and estradiols levels for both donor and recipient
• Mock embryo transfer (if needed)
• Oocyte retrieval
• Anesthesia
• Oocyte identification
• Insemination of eggs (conventional, if planned)
• Standard laboratory embryo culture
• Embryo Prep and Fresh Transfer (if planned)
• Donor in-cycle lab testing (mandatory FDA requirement)
• ICSI, Assisted Hatching, Embryo Freezing and Storage, PGT-A NOT included

Medical and laboratory services (for both donor and recipient)                  $15,750.00

2) Split Donor Egg Cycle:

• Cycle coordination, monitoring, medication teaching , ultrasounds and estradiols levels for both donor and recipient
• Mock embryo transfer (if needed)
• Medications for donor
• Psychological and genetic screen of donor
• Health insurance and travel for donor
• Oocyte retrieval
• Anesthesia
• Oocyte identification and acquisition of 1/2 of all eggs retrieved
• Insemination of 1/2 of all eggs retrieved (conventional, if planned)
• Standard laboratory embryo culture
• Embryo Prep and Fresh Transfer (if planned)
• Donor in-cycle lab testing (mandatory FDA requirement)
• ICSI, Assisted Hatching, Embryo Freezing and Storage
• Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) optional as below

Medical and laboratory services (for both donor and recipient)  $29,990 (no PGT-A)

3) Frozen Donor Egg Cycle:

• Matching services
• Cycle coordination

• Freezing and storage of extra embryos NOT included
