Xiaomin Yu, MSc | Embryologist

Xiaomin is Clinical Embryologist at Marin Fertility Center / JY IVF Labs San Francisco. Xiaomin received her BS.c in Anatomy and Cell biology from McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 2008, and obtained her Master’s in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) under the supervision of Dr. Ri-Cheng Chian at Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, McGill University in 2010. Her research was specialized in oocyte vitrification and oocyte maturation in vitro. After graduation, she worked as a clinical embryologist at Montreal Fertility Centre, Quebec, Canada until she joined Marin Fertility Center in 2012. Xiaomin is highly skilled in embryo culture, oocyte/embryo cryopreservation and intracytoplasmic sperm insemination (ICSI). She is extremely dedicated to her work and always pays meticulous attention to details.
